Noah & Angie Jueschke Gordon

While we didn’t date during high school, shortly after graduation we began dating and have never stopped. (Cheesy, we know, but true.) We both attended BYU and are die-hard Cougar fans. Angie graduated with her BS in Family Science in 1995; Noah graduated in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 1997 and then again in 1998 with his masters. Angie went straight through while Noah took a two-year break to serve a mission in the Dominican Republic. We were married a little over a year after he got home in the Manti Temple.

Noah worked for about 10 years as a civil engineering consultant, and now works as an engineer for Springville City doing nerdy engineering-type stuff. He really enjoys it, but tries hard not to discuss it with us at home since he knows that it’s over our heads.

Angie is a homemaker and has been since the birth of our first child just over 14 years ago. She loves it except when she’s cleaning up after our children or trying to convince one of them to practice the piano. We now have six children ranging from age 14 to 4: Haley, Maren, Lindsey, Nathan, Cameron, and Mallory. We think we’re done and have fulfilled our duty to multiply and replentish the earth. Whew!

Our lives, thankfully, are fairly normal and boring as far as the world’s standards go. We stay busy with the same things many of you have mentioned: family, church service, and work, generally in that order. We love to travel both inside and outside Utah. It has been fun to have our kids attend the same schools we did: Grandview (recently closed), Westridge, Dixon, and this fall, PHS for our oldest.

One exciting incident that we wished we hadn’t experienced happened in February 2002. Angie was hit head-on by a drunk hit-and-run driver in the middle of the afternoon. Following a year of face, arm, and mouth surgeries she is now completely whole and we feel very blessed. Needless to say she is now very car-seat and safety-belt conscious!

We have moved all around the...county....the furthest we could handle was Lindon. We considered moving to Springville but it was just too far out of our comfort zone :) We are now back on Grandview Hill in Provo where we both grew up and love our home and neighborhood. We hope to stay here for a very long time. We have enjoyed keeping in touch with many Provo High School friends and are excited to see more of you at the reunion!
